Detailed Description

JuMACS climatology on a fixed grid.

Monthly zonal mean fields on the JuMACS (altitude, lat) grid, stored in fixed-size arrays only, such that the structure can be copied to a compute device as a whole. The fields are defined for month < CT, altitude < nalt, and lat < nlat. The month index is associated with the climatological time coordinates time, given as seconds into a year of 365.25 days.
